cannot register my meter

Hi,
Just bought the meter from you - it arrived on the 31.12 - registered on your site and I cannot download the software update, as it demands for me to login (I already did) and does not allow me to register my SM2500 and download.
As I cannot find the way round it, what am I supposed to do?
Also, how do I modify the satellite lists so that I can view the picture from a satellite other than Sirius?

天线仰角和方位角并非测试仪显示内容
频谱是可以确定哪颗卫星的，建议根据此卫星的相关参数寻星定位。
郑州没有代理商。
